Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using labubuoneth, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of labubuoneth, including advertisers running CPM ads or popunder campaigns, and any agency acting on a client's behalf.

Permitted Use

You may use labubuoneth solely to run lawful advertising campaigns. You may not use the platform to distribute malware, promote illegal products, or engage in fraudulent click activity.

Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers are fully responsible for the content of their ads and landing pages. All creatives must comply with applicable laws in the GEOs you target through our CPM and popunder ad system.

labubuoneth reserves the right to reject, pause, or terminate any advertising campaign that violates our content policies, without refund of unspent budget.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, dashboards, and reporting tools are the exclusive property of labubuoneth. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of our technology.

Limitation of Liability

labubuoneth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from campaign performance, traffic quality disputes, or interruptions to the ad serving system.

Our maximum liability to any advertiser for any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by that advertiser in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

labubuoneth integrates with third-party trackers and CPA networks. We are not responsible for the practices, uptime, or data handling of those external services.

Security

You are responsible for keeping your labubuoneth account credentials secure. Report any unauthorized access immediately. We are not liable for losses caused by credential compromise.

Your Rights

You may close your labubuoneth account at any time. Unspent balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded within 10 business days of your written request.

Changes to These Terms

labubuoneth may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 2026.
